At MotionDen we have a few fundamental principles:

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, MotionDen collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. MotionDen’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how MotionDen’s visitors use its website. From time to time, MotionDen may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

MotionDen also collects potentially personally-identifying information like internet protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and people viewing prototype URL’s. MotionDen only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.

Personal Information

Certain visitors choose to interact with MotionDen in ways that require MotionDen to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MotionDen gathered depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at to provide their name and email address. For instance,MotionDen may monitor the most popular templates on the site to see how our servers perform under the strain or analytics to measure where users spend their time in the platform. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your feedback or to help us support other users. MotionDen takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personal information. All user data is kept private, except the user's name and avatar, which can be showed if the user has personally submitted a public review of our products.

Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.


A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. MotionDen uses cookies to help MotionDen identify and track visitors, their usage of MotionDen websites, and their website access preferences. International Data Transfer

MotionDen may potentially transfer user data internationally in order to provide a faster and more convenient user experience. For example, under the circumstance that a user is based in Australia, MotionDen may potentially transfer user data from United States to Australia in order to ensure that the user receives faster data load times. Whether data is transferred internationally or not, all data stored by MotionDen is protected by authenticated protocols and network firewalls. Internationally transferred data is also protected by authenticated protocols.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers, and data is delivered to you only over HTTPS, which is the most secure form of content delivery available. All financial transactions and details, such as your credit card number, are stored and processed on a third party payment service provider. You are responsible for keeping the password associated with your MotionDen account confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
